On 23 June 2026, the National Housing and Urban Development Conference was held at the Palais Brongniart in Paris: over 1,500 decision-makers driving the sector forward gathered to discuss prospects, regulations, obstacles to be overcome and solutions proposed by professionals in the fields of housing, property and urban development.
A conference entitled “Renovation as an act of architectural creation: yes, but how?”, introduced by Hélène Fernandez of the Ministry of Culture and moderated by Hugo Christy of Demain Matin, brought together Claudia Devaux, architect at DDA – Devaux & Devaux Architectes, and Emeline Bailly, urban planning researcher at the CSTB.
