On 4 and 5 November October 2026, David Devaux will take part in the ‘Patrimoine en Mouvement – Intensification des usages et écologie’ hackathon, organised by the École de Chaillot/Cité de l’architecture et du patrimoine, the Fondation du patrimoine and Yes We Camp.
The event will take place at the Palais de Chaillot and will bring together a select group of 30 professionals to tackle a shared challenge: devising new ways to maximise the use of built heritage.
During a 36-hour intensive workshop, participants will work in multidisciplinary teams on specific, current case studies of heritage buildings in Paris, Marseille, Guingamp, Paley, Châtel-Guyon, Cergy, etc., with the aim of developing projects, methods and tools that address the challenges of ecological transition, shared use and reinvestment in existing heritage.
The hackathon will bring together heritage site managers, public sector representatives, property professionals, representatives of religious communities, architects, urban planners, landscape architects and designers of hybrid spaces.
