In Haute-Savoie, the former stud farm has been transformed into a centre dedicated to the world of graphic cinema. It was officially opened last June.
The heroes have changed. It has been nearly twenty years since the National Stud Farm, built between 1880 and 1885 in the centre of Annecy (Haute-Savoie), ceased to be used for breeding stallions. Horses have been replaced by Mickey, Kirikou and Totoro since the International Centre for Animated Film opened its doors there in early summer.
